For displaced families across Gaza, the search for safe drinking water has become part of everyday life.
The current severe shortage of drinking water has made conditions even more difficult for people living in camps and temporary shelters.
Families need water not only to satisfy thirst, but also to prepare food and care for children. Yet obtaining enough safe water can be difficult and financially exhausting.
Our project works to provide safe drinking water directly to displaced communities in different camps across the Gaza Strip.
For children, these deliveries mean something very simple and very important: being able to drink clean water when they are thirsty.
For parents, they bring relief from the constant worry of how to secure enough water for the family.
Imagine having to calculate every cup of water because you do not know when the next supply will arrive. For many displaced families, this is part of their daily reality.
That is why continued water assistance is so important.
Every tank and every container distributed helps families get through another day with greater safety and dignity.
As long as shortages continue, we will work to keep this essential support reaching vulnerable communities.
A glass of clean water may seem ordinary, but during a severe shortage, it becomes one of the most valuable forms of humanitarian assistance.
