Children in Al-Dhahiriya Camp in northern Syria are living through circumstances that no child should have to experience.
Many have been displaced from their homes. Some are orphans, while others live with widowed mothers or families struggling to survive on very limited income.
Our fresh bread distribution initiative aims to provide regular food support to children and their families.
Bread is often one of the most dependable foods available to these households.
For a child, receiving fresh bread is not just about food. It brings a small sense of security and normality in an uncertain environment.
For parents and caregivers, it reduces the fear of not having enough to serve at the next meal.
We continue this work because children deserve access to food, dignity, and care regardless of the difficult circumstances surrounding them.
