Displacement does not only mean losing a home. It can also mean losing work, income, routine, security, and the ability to provide for a family in the way one once could.
In Al-Dhahiriya Village Camp, many families face this reality every single day.
Our project provides fresh bread to vulnerable displaced families, with special attention to widows, children, and orphaned children who are living with limited resources.
Bread may seem simple, but its value becomes much greater in a place where families struggle to afford basic food.
A mother who receives bread does not have to spend the little money she has on this daily necessity. A child can sit down to eat without knowing the financial struggle behind the meal.
This assistance is about more than hunger. It is also about preserving dignity.
Families should not be forced to beg or borrow simply to secure bread for their children.
Through regular distributions, we help reduce that pressure and provide a dependable source of basic food support.
The need remains ongoing, and so does our commitment.
Every fresh loaf carries a message of respect, solidarity, and care for families who have already endured so much hardship.
