Life in displacement camps is filled with daily uncertainty. For many families living in Al-Baladiya Camp, Abu Mazid Camp, and Al-Shabab Club Camp, even preparing a simple meal has become difficult.
Many displaced families have lost their homes, possessions, and livelihoods. Some live in temporary shelters with no proper kitchen, limited cooking equipment, and little or no access to fuel. Under these conditions, preparing food for children and other family members becomes a daily struggle.
To respond to this urgent need, we continue to provide hot meals to vulnerable displaced families across these three camps in Gaza. The meals are prepared and distributed to families who are facing severe economic hardship and who have limited ability to secure sufficient food on their own.
For a parent, receiving a hot meal means being able to feed a hungry child without having to make another impossible choice. For a displaced child, it can bring a small moment of normality and comfort in an environment marked by instability.
A plate of warm food may seem simple, but for a family living through displacement, it can mean relief, strength, and hope.
The people we serve are doing everything they can to endure extremely difficult conditions. Our role is to help make that burden a little lighter by ensuring that food reaches those who need it most.
Through continued donor support, we aim to maintain these distributions and help more families living in Al-Baladiya Camp, Abu Mazid Camp, and Al-Shabab Club Camp.
Together, we can turn compassion into something immediate and meaningful: a warm meal placed directly into the hands of a family in need.
