Every family deserves a place where children can sleep without rain entering from above or cold wind passing through the walls. For many displaced families in Gaza, however, achieving even this basic level of protection remains difficult.
Temporary tents deteriorate over time. Small tears can become larger, and weak coverings may no longer provide sufficient protection from changing weather.
By providing tarpaulins, families can reinforce damaged sections of their shelters and create stronger barriers against rain and wind. Heating materials can further help households cope with falling temperatures.
This initiative seeks to provide these essential winter supplies to displaced families across Gaza. With donor support, we hope to help families strengthen their temporary homes before the most difficult winter weather arrives.
