Life in Ihtaimlat Camp, north of Aleppo, is shaped by more than displacement. Every resident in the camp is also living with a disability, creating additional daily challenges in accessing food, transportation, and other basic services.
Recognizing these needs, our team distributed fresh bread to residents across the camp.
The bread was delivered directly to families so that they could receive an essential food item without facing the burden of traveling outside the camp.
For many households, bread is a central part of daily meals. Ensuring access to it helps families stretch their limited resources and focus on other pressing needs.
This distribution also carried a message of solidarity: that people with disabilities should not be forgotten during times of crisis.
