Life-Saving Food, Water & Medical Aid for Families

Displacement has changed almost every aspect of daily life for families in Abu Mazeed Camp. Many families now live without reliable access to kitchens, cooking fuel, sufficient food supplies, or stable sources of income.

Because of these conditions, access to prepared food remains an urgent priority.

Through this latest distribution, our team provided hot, freshly prepared meals to displaced families living in the camp. The meals were distributed to help families meet their immediate nutritional needs and reduce some of the daily stress caused by food shortages.

The project focused on providing practical assistance that families could benefit from immediately. Instead of requiring families to cook or prepare food themselves, each meal was delivered ready to eat.

This is especially important for families with children, elderly relatives, or other vulnerable household members.

The distribution also gave our field team another opportunity to meet families directly and understand the difficult conditions they continue to experience.

Behind every meal is a family story—parents trying to protect their children, families coping with repeated displacement, and individuals doing their best to preserve dignity despite extremely challenging circumstances.
