Life in displacement has created enormous challenges for families living in Al-Baladiya Camp in northern Gaza. Many people are now dependent on humanitarian assistance for food and other essential needs, while access to cooking supplies and basic resources remains limited.
In response, we organized another hot meal distribution to support families residing in the camp.
Our team prepared meals and distributed them directly to displaced residents. The distribution was designed to provide families with food that could be eaten immediately, reducing the burden of finding ingredients, fuel, and safe cooking facilities.
Parents often face difficult decisions when resources are scarce. Providing ready-made meals helps them focus on caring for their children and managing other urgent needs.
The impact of this project can be seen in simple but meaningful moments: a child receiving a fresh meal, a mother knowing that her family has food for the day, and families sharing a meal together despite the difficult circumstances surrounding them.
We know that one distribution cannot solve every challenge displaced families face. However, consistent assistance can help reduce hunger and provide families with critical support when they need it most.
