In Abu Mazeed Camp in northern Gaza, displaced families are facing daily challenges as they try to care for their children and meet even their most basic needs. Food insecurity remains one of the greatest concerns for families who have lost their homes, income, and access to normal markets and cooking facilities.
To help respond to this urgent need, our team carried out a hot meal distribution for displaced families in the camp. Freshly prepared meals were delivered to families who are currently relying heavily on humanitarian assistance.
For many recipients, the meal was not simply a source of food. It also offered a moment of comfort in the middle of uncertainty. Families were able to receive a warm, prepared meal without having to search for scarce ingredients or fuel.
Children and parents alike welcomed the distribution, and the meals helped reduce some of the immediate pressure facing families throughout the day.
Food assistance remains essential for communities experiencing prolonged displacement. Through projects like this, we are able to respond to immediate hunger while also reminding families that they are not facing these hardships alone.
We are deeply grateful to every donor whose support made this distribution possible. Your generosity continues to turn compassion into practical assistance for families across Gaza.
