In Al-Dhahiriya Camp north of Aleppo, displaced families are still struggling to meet their most basic needs. Food insecurity remains a daily reality for many households, especially those without stable employment or reliable income.
Bread plays a central role in the daily diet of these families. When other food options are limited, fresh bread can help families create a simple meal and provide something filling for their children.
To support these households, our team distributed fresh bread across the camp, reaching displaced families who are facing financial hardship and food shortages.
This kind of assistance may appear simple, but it creates an immediate and visible impact. When bread is available, families feel a little more secure, and parents experience some relief from the constant pressure of providing the next meal.
A loaf of bread cannot solve every hardship caused by displacement, but it can bring comfort, nourishment, and a small sense of stability to a family that needs it.
Your generosity makes these moments possible and helps us continue delivering essential food assistance in northern Syria.
