For many families in Al-Dhahiriya Camp near Aleppo, daily life is shaped by uncertainty and difficult choices. Limited income, high living costs, and ongoing displacement have made securing enough food a constant challenge.
Bread is one of the most frequently needed items inside the camp. It is simple, essential, and shared by every member of the household. Yet when a family is struggling financially, even this basic necessity can become difficult to afford regularly.
In response, we carried out a fresh bread distribution for displaced households throughout the camp, helping families secure an essential part of their daily meals.
This assistance allows parents to use their limited resources for other urgent needs such as medicine, hygiene items, heating, or additional food. It also gives them some relief from the daily concern of how they will provide for their children.
Every loaf delivered represents one less worry for a family already carrying the heavy burden of displacement.
We sincerely thank our donors for making this support possible and helping us continue to stand beside displaced communities in northern Syria.
