Because of your generous compassion, we were able to provide shopping vouchers to orphaned children living across various neighborhoods and displacement camps in northern Gaza. These vouchers were offered as an alternative to their financial sponsorship, giving each child something far more meaningful than material assistance—the freedom to choose.

Together with their mothers or caregivers, the children visited local markets where they were able to select the clothes, food, school supplies, toys, or other essentials they needed most. For many of these orphans, it was the first time in a long while that they could make a choice for themselves. The excitement in their eyes, the smiles on their faces, and the joy they experienced reminded us that true support is not only about meeting basic needs, but also about restoring dignity, confidence, and hope.

In the midst of ongoing hardship, displacement, and uncertainty, these simple moments became precious memories. Every voucher represented more than financial assistance—it represented compassion, respect, and the reassurance that caring people around the world have not forgotten them.
