We recently supported a Syrian refugee family residing in Türkiye whose son lives with severe mental and physical disabilities. The child depends on continuous care and regular treatment, creating substantial financial and emotional challenges for his family.
With no source of income other than his father, the family has struggled to survive. Due to the father’s commitment to caring for his disabled son, he has been unable to maintain steady employment. This difficult reality left the family unable to keep up with rent payments, utility bills, and necessary medical expenses.
Your generous donations enabled us to provide financial support that helped secure the child’s treatment, cover part of his healthcare costs, pay one month’s rent, and assist with outstanding household bills. This assistance has given the family valuable breathing space and helped protect them from further hardship.
