Life-Saving Food, Water & Medical Aid for Families

For many displaced families in Gaza, the arrival of rain brings fear rather than relief. Their tents may contain everything they currently own: mattresses, blankets, clothing, food supplies, and a few personal belongings. A leaking tent can therefore affect nearly every aspect of a family's daily life. Tarpaulins provide a simple but vital layer of protection. When properly secured over damaged tents, they can help prevent rainwater from entering and provide additional protection against cold winds. There is an urgent need to secure sufficient quantities of tarpaulins for families living in different displacement camps across the Gaza Strip. Distributing these supplies before periods of heavy rain can help families protect both themselves and their limited belongings. Your support can help transform a fragile shelter into a more secure place for a family to endure the winter.

Children, elderly people, and families with limited resources are among those most affected by winter conditions in displacement camps.

Cold nights become particularly difficult when families are sleeping inside tents with thin walls and little insulation. Rain and wind can quickly turn an already challenging living environment into an unsafe and uncomfortable space.

Our winter preparedness efforts aim to provide families with tarpaulins and essential heating materials. Tarpaulins can strengthen shelters and reduce exposure to rain, while heating supplies can help families maintain warmth during cold nights.

Supporting this initiative means helping vulnerable households prepare before weather conditions worsen. Every contribution can help provide practical protection to families who have few alternatives and urgently need assistance.
