Globalteer, a UK registered Charity, provides funding, support, and volunteers for 27 projects within 9 countries in Latin America and South East Asia. We help education, community, conservation, and animal rescue projects to achieve their goals while upholding our charitable objectives. All of our projects and partners are working to provide responsible, sustainable solutions to the issues their communities face. Our projects and partners are located in various parts of the globe and are all dealing with different issues - wildlife trafficking, education and nutrition for children in rural communities, dog welfare, conservation work, and women's empowerment, among others. But they all have one thing in common: They are addressing genuine needs in their communities and all are seeking assistance. Globalteer works to provide this assistance, but we cannot do it without the support of our generous donors.
We identify and work with projects that meet genuine local needs, as identified by the communities they serve, that meet our criteria for sustainability and responsibility. As a UK charity, we have access to resources and a visibility-factor that these smaller, international NGOs do not. By sourcing and providing volunteers, assisting with coordination, and providing marketing for these projects, we are able to aid them significantly with hands-on work and the funds they desperately need.
Globalteer's long-term vision is a world where human and animal suffering are minimised, and the future of our planet is safeguarded by effectively harnessing the goodwill of people who share our vision. Little by little, we are helping to make a difference, and every donation we receive ensures that we can keep supporting our wonderful projects and partners across Latin America and Southeast Asia.
