Support Girls' Science & Technology Education

In February, 274 young women from across Ukraine began their journey in SheLeads 2.0 — a 4-month acceleration program designed to strengthen girls’ participation in STEM, leadership, and entrepreneurship. For many participants, this is their first real step into the world of technology — and their first time seeing women like them building careers in these fields.

The program begins with a 3-month online learning phase, where participants develop practical skills in digital tools and AI, career navigation, and entrepreneurship. They work on real-life assignments, build their own project ideas, and learn directly from women leaders in tech and business through mentorship and expert sessions. 118 girls receive hands-on mentorship, gaining personalized support to shape both their projects and career paths. This year, we are also strengthening the program through our partnership with Technovation Girls, connecting participants to a global community of young women in technology and innovation.

After the online phase, 25 participants will continue into internships in tech and science companies, gaining their first professional experience and applying their skills in real work environments. The journey will culminate in a Pitch Day in Kyiv, where participants will present their projects, meet mentors and partners in person, and take their next steps into education, internships, or employment.
