Thanks to your generous donations, we raised $5000 dollars out of $30,000 required for our project. Coming from having little or nothing, we are super grateful! Our aim is to support up to 200 indigent chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients with their blood pressure and anti-diabetic medication; glucose monitoring and blood pressure monitoring devices. So far, we have purchased one-month supply of medications for up to 100 patients and have already given to 50 patients. We have also given out 40 blood pressure monitors and trained the patients on how to use them. We are committed to our goal but can only continue to support these patients with your help. As we move into the next phase of our project which is to provide medications for more patients and self-monitoring devices for 200 patients, we appeal for your continual support. Our CKD patients are grateful to you and we are overjoyed! We remain the ‘HAND YOU CAN TRUST’ to improve the lives of CKD patients in Nigeria.
