IRODA is always grateful for the local staff that work in the programs it offers to children, young adults and families. Over the years IRODA has also greatly benefited from working alongside international professionals. Much has been learnt and much more continues to be learnt as different individuals join the IRODA team and offer new skills and experience. Currently, the ADAPT program for children and young people aged 7 to 18 years is benefiting from the skills and expertise of an occupational therapist and psychologist who have come to Tajikistan to work alongside the IRODA staff. Working and learning together as a team of local and international staff and volunteers enhances the programs that IRODA offers and ultimately improves outcomes for the children, young people and families that it serves.
We’re also very aware that IRODA’s work is supported financially by individuals both from Tajikistan and internationally. We are grateful for the essential part that each of you plays in the IRODA ‘team’.
