Dear Partners,
The impact of violence extends far beyond physical destruction. Many displaced families carry deep emotional trauma after witnessing attacks, losing loved ones, and experiencing forced displacement. Children often suffer anxiety, fear, and emotional distress that can affect them for years.
Trauma healing and psychosocial support are essential components of recovery. EFI's project includes counseling services, support groups, emotional wellness programs, and community healing initiatives designed to help survivors process their experiences and rebuild hope.
Mental health support remains one of the most overlooked aspects of humanitarian response, yet it is critical for helping individuals and communities recover from crisis. Healing emotional wounds allows families to regain confidence, rebuild relationships, and move forward with resilience.
With your support, displaced families can access the care and encouragement they need to overcome trauma and begin rebuilding their lives. Together, we can restore hope where fear and loss once prevailed.
