Project Report | Jan 9, 2012
DV; AN UNBRELLA FOR DISCUSSING OTHER GIRL ISSUES

By Mavis Dontoh | Programs Officer

Four (4) schools sensitization sessions on Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV) and peer pressure were held from October to December 2011.

These sessions were held for three (3) primary schools on the Buduburam Refugee Settlement in the central region. The total numbers of students reached were about one hundred and fifty-one (151) students and about eight (8) teachers.

This brings the total number reached in 2011 to about seven hundred and one (701) and thirty-three (33) teachers.

With the invaluable support of our donors, a total of seven thousand seven hundred and four (7,704) students and one hundred and thirteen (113) teachers have been reached since the commencement of the program.

We take this opportunity to thank our donors for contributing to our cause over the years. We appreciate your efforts and look forward to working with you in 2012.

WE WISH ALL OUR DONORS A FRUITFUL 2012. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
