Raymond Empowerment Foundation is very grateful to the three donors who have contributed to our project to help children living with disability in our community. This project has not yet been actualized as a result of not being able to raise enough fund to begin its first phase. However, the number of children with disability keep increasing, according to our observation. It is in our deepest desire that we be a channel of hope and breakthrough to these children, as soon as we are able to. We believe that giving these children a chance to education and vocational skilling in a disability friendly environment is their human right.
