School Days

By Karen Sparacio | Project Leader

After two years of closures due to Covid, schools in Uganda are running normally again.  Flavia, now in primary 7, is receiving extra lessons to reinforce some of what she missed during the closure and help prepare her for the Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) she will take this year in order to continue on to secondary school.

It's challenging for Flavia to find time for her studies while helping to care for her younger sister, but she is determined to completet her education.

$50 a month pays the school fees so Flavia can continue her education and receive the addiional lessons she needs.  Can you help?
