Childline Thailand Foundation are one of the most technologically advanced NGOs in the region and last year we began utilizing an innovative tech product to streamline our Call Centre. All calls and messages from children in need are now filtered through the Aselo system which helps us to manage contacts with children and to collate data easier. We are able to receive automated project reports about which channels children contact us through, their reasons for contact, age and location. Monitoring this data is extremely important as it allows us to research trends and issues amongst the youth of Thailand and take action. We're able to view the data in realtime and instantly send it to partners, researchers and journalists.
