This report outlines the current progress of the "NGO 360°" fundraising campaign. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our first two donors, whose early contributions of $50 and $150 (totaling $200) have provided a critical foundation for this initiative. Because the educational course is already fully developed, this vital support is immediately being put into action, directly sponsoring program access for a local Ukrainian non-governmental organization. Specifically, the $50 contribution covers strategic checklists and practical task materials for one month of organizational growth, while the $150 contribution funds specialized lectures on reporting and transparency.
Data from the two previous cohorts of this program demonstrates the specific institutional impact this funding has on an individual organization. For a grassroots NGO, accessing these modules provides practical templates for project planning, risk mitigation, and team coordination. Past scholarship recipients used these exact materials to structure internal governance, form long-term operational strategies, and initiate organizational supervisory boards, resulting in a 96.2% participant satisfaction rate (an average score of 4.81 out of 5). The $200 raised ensures that another local organization can immediately implement these structural improvements.
The communications department has evaluated the performance of the initial outreach channels to optimize resource allocation. The team executed two newsletter campaigns directed at our international database alongside publishing updates on social media. The newsletters were discontinued after data indicated they did not meet efficiency targets. Consequently, the outreach strategy was adjusted to focus on professional networks and leadership-driven distribution. The campaign is currently being promoted via LinkedIn updates from the organization's co-founders and the head of capacity-building programs.
The communication plan for the upcoming week includes publishing a practical operational case study on LinkedIn, an expert post by the head of capacity-building programs regarding our educational products, and additional updates from the co-founders. Concurrently, our team is communicating with potential institutional and strategic partners to secure alternative channels of support. While the long-term objective remains fundraising for the full cohort of 10 Ukrainian organizations, these first two contributions have successfully initiated the practical phase of the program for its first beneficiary. We remain deeply grateful to these initial donors for recognizing the value of this work and providing the essential foundation to begin.
