Ukrainian nonprofits need not only stable funding but also continuous organizational development. Many organizations lack access to practical knowledge and tools needed for sustainable growth. Philanthropy in Ukraine strengthens CSO capacity through educational and capacity-strengthening programs that support organizational development and help NGOs meet international standards. We are currently raising funds to support the participation of 10 Ukrainian organizations in these programs.
Ukrainian nonprofits need not only stable funding but also continuous organizational development and capacity strengthening. Many organizations require practical knowledge in areas such as fundraising, governance and internal policies, and monitoring and evaluation. Without access to high-quality learning opportunities, practical approaches, and tools, CSOs struggle to strengthen their operations and grow strategically.
Alongside a national due diligence platform that increases CSO visibility and donor connections, we offer capacity-strengthening activities. Our key product, the "NGO 360" program, covers all essential topics from registration to fundraising and reporting. The cost for one NGO is $700. This intensive four-month program includes over 8 hours of lectures, practical checklists, hands-on tasks, and webinars. We aim to support long-term CSO development, ensuring their growth and sustainability.
Strengthening organizational capacity helps Ukrainian civil society become more sustainable and resilient. By supporting institutional development and practical skills, we enable local organizations to grow strategically and participate more confidently in international cooperation. This contributes to a stronger civil society that can respond to current challenges and support Ukraine's long-term development.
