We continued with our home-based/ virtual sports training for athletes with intellectual disabilities.
With no On-Field sports activities, this quarantine hasn't been easy. But thanks to our coaches, parents, and siblings for bringing unique ways for our Athletes to stay connected to their sports.
Using only the virtual modes of communication, our coaches and siblings helped the athletes to keep on their training at homes and getting better in their sport.
We also held a virtual Football Skills Challenge in which athletes with intellectual disabilities from all over the country demonstrated their footballing talent.
We plan to continue developing our home training model which allows us to reach as many athletes with intellectual disabilities as possible especially those located in the far-flung areas of Pakistan.
