Because of your continued generosity, girls across the country are dreaming bigger, reaching higher, and claiming their futures with confidence. We are excited to share what that looked like this school year.
Thanks to your support, Career Girls Club, our in-school career exploration and readiness program, issued certificates of completion to 338 participants this year — more than double the 138 girls who finished the program last school year. That growth is a direct reflection of your investment in what is possible for girls when they are given the right opportunities and support.
The impact goes beyond numbers. This year, Career Day role model presentations reached 1,025 students, bringing real professionals into girls' lives to share their career and education journeys. Interest in STEM careers doubled. 73% of participants reported increased confidence in themselves, and 95% finished the program understanding why doing well in school matters for their future.
Girls are gaining awareness of careers they never knew existed, practicing leadership, and seeing themselves as the architects of their own futures. School counselor Ms. Yolanda put it beautifully:
"During a career poster activity, one girl who dreams of becoming a doctor signed her name with 'Dr.' in front of it — her title, her future, already hers. Moments like that show what happens when girls are given the space to not just imagine who they want to become, but to boldly claim it and speak their future into existence."
That kind of transformation is happening in classrooms across the country because of you. The demand for the Career Girls Club program continues to grow, and we are on track to have 50 schools from across the country participating by 2027. We are just getting started.
