Title: World Day Against Child Labour Observed Across Alkhidmat Schools
Summary
Alkhidmat Foundation schools across Pakistan commemorated the World Day Against Child Labour through awareness sessions, educational activities, and student-led programs aimed at highlighting every child's right to education, protection, and a safe future.
Story / Update
Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and pursue their dreams in a safe and nurturing environment. On the occasion of the World Day Against Child Labour, Alkhidmat Foundation organized awareness activities across its network of schools to educate students about the importance of children's rights and the need to eliminate child labour.
Students participated in seminars, discussions, presentations, poster competitions, and awareness sessions focused on the challenges faced by child labourers and the importance of ensuring access to education for all children. Teachers and school administrators also emphasized the role of education in breaking the cycle of poverty and creating opportunities for a brighter future.
The activities encouraged students to become advocates for children's rights and to recognize the value of education as a tool for empowerment and social change. Through these programs, Alkhidmat continues to promote awareness about child protection and its commitment to supporting vulnerable children through education and welfare initiatives.
