Independence Day 2017
Independence Day 2017

Preface:

Another remarkable quarter completed. Organization with its vision to make special children the self-reliant members of the society, has broadened its spectrum of services by introducing evening classes to serve as many special children as possible. Organization also held awareness seminars regarding Inclusive Education to introduce the public with the idea of Inclusive Education where all children; normal and special, can learn together under one roof because “those who learn together, learn to live together”.

Summer Internship Program

Following its tradition of giving chance to young learners to interact and work with the special children and understand their feelings, hardships and struggle, Rising Sun organized annual summer internship program where more than 80 male and females students from various institutions joined the team of Rising Sun Institute for Special Children. They helped our staff to learn techniques to work with special children and arranged outdoor activities to help special children to socialize.

Independence Day celebrations

Team of Rising Sun Institute for Special Children and the children celebrated 71st Independence Day of Pakistan with complete patriotic determination. They rhymed the national anthem and hosted flag to show solidarity with the beloved country. It demonstrated their will to stand along with the whole nation in all problems and hard times.

Last words:

This all becomes possible with the kind support of our donors and well-wishers. We hope that the support they give us for the noble cause of serving these little angles will remain with us forever.
