Preface:

New academic term is around the corner and we are all set to face new challenges. This quarter passed quickly as the days were shorter in winter season. Spring is coming and we are waiting for it along with our Special Children with open arms. We witnessed remarkable progress in the daily life of scores of Special Children who learned to face the world with an energetic and positive way. Rising Sun Education & Welfare Society is changing lives with the commitment to make these special children a self-reliant member of the society with the kind moral and financial help of its donors and supporters.

Registration of Rising Sun in the US as a Charity

This quarter brought us a remarkable success as we have got the status of Tax Exempt Non-profit NGO as a 501-C3 with EIN 834169569. Now, people from all around the world may donate for the cause of Special Children with confidence through our website: www.risingsun-usa.org

Gosha E Aafiyat is Now Operational

Another dream of a visionary leader, Dr. Abdul Tawwab Khan has come true as Gosha E Aafiyat – Sheltered Home and Sheltered Workshop for persons with disabilities with no parental support has become operational. The project is now running is Workshop that produces Environment Friendly Handbags, School Uniforms and other products to fulfill the need of ordering vendors with the help of Special Persons. These Special Persons work here in order to earn a better and respectful living for their household under the supervision of trained and qualified staff.

Last words:

This all becomes possible with the kind support of our donors and well-wishers. We hope that the support they give us for the noble cause of serving these little angles will remain with us forever.
