ECCA supported 20 needy students from Thani Basic School located in the outskirts of Dhankuta District (eastern Nepal) with stationery items, which comprised of copies, pens, pencils, erasers and sharpener. These materials were handed over to the school Child Club and were distributed to the students by organizing a small event.
Ms. Rasaili, teacher at Thani Basic School, said, “this area is backward in terms of education and facilities. Thus, the student support program of ECCA is very effective. We are very thankful to get stationeries, which will help our children to continue their education. We look forward for more assistance in the future.”
