Dara was studying in grade two at public school when his mum brought him to study at Human and Hope Association.
He found it difficult to read and write in Khmer, so he studied in the beginner Khmer class. His teacher was so friendly and fun, and he helped him a lot.
He was so proud that after two years, he moved to the advanced class. Now he can read and write in Khmer, and he is studying in grade four at public school.
"I study English at HHA, and I like to spend my spare time reading storybooks in the library. In the future, I want to be a policeman. Thank you, HHA, for giving me a good future."
