By Thai San | Director
San is the husband of our graduate sewing student, Chenda and the father of three children, who is one of the poor households in our community. His main job is collecting the recyclable materials for sale.
When her wife attended our sewing class, he was invited to join our domestic violence workshop. At first, San is a violence man, who often acted violence to his wife and children, especially, when he drank alcohol.
After attended our workshop, he has changed a lot. He was become aware of his guilty of acting violence to the family. He has started to change his behavior positively from day to day. He has reduced drinking alcohol and respected the family than before.
“My husband has changed a lot after attending the workshop. We are now living more happier than before.” – Chenda, our graduate sewing student
