Support 90 disabled children through goat breeding

The project on supporting special needs children through the provision goats in 3 sub counties is progressing well. Project activities that have been implemented include;

Organising and training of data collection teams in the 3 selected sub counties,
Receiving of data from the data collection teams,
Procurement of the first batch of 35 goats to be distributed to the members,
management recview meetings on the progress of the project.

The group has received the 2nd installment of the funds and they are in the process of purchasing 64 more goats to be distributed to project participants. The goats have not yet reproduced though some are now pregnant.
