Dear donors,
CDC Nepal is very much pleased to inform you all that we have been supporting Sarita Children Home Samakhusi Kathmandu to feed 17 children since we received fund from Global giving organization USA.
Now the kids are not hungry. They have got enough food to eat and are happy to go to school. With the help of your vaulabe donation we have been able to make the orphaned and helpess children happy and healthy
The orphanage needs 300kg to feed the kids per months. The cost of rice is Rs.60.00 per kg and so Rs.18000 per month. It is approximately USD 200 per month.
Last week we arranged feast for them on the auspicious occasion of my happy birthday. They could have rice pudding and enjoyed it very much.
A volunteer from Germany has been helping tht children in doing their homework for one month. The kids are learning English from her.
The Dashain our greatest festival is coming. We are going to celebrate on coming Octber. The children need new clothes. We have to provide special food for them.
However we have to do more to help the kids. We will have to continue feeding them in coming days. So we will have to raise more fund. We will pave to try our best to raise USD 200 per month. We would like to request all to help us in our mission.
We would like to extend our special thanks to you all once again for your valuable donations for our program.
