Moving skill development forward, RSKS India did 2 surveys for the new batch and for this inaccessible village was marked out and door to door survey was done over there. This survey was done for garment making training and beauty parlour vocational education training.
Around 50 Young girls and women enrolled their name in these trainings with great enthusiasm. An interview was also taken with these young girls and women after this survey in which master trainer, coordinator and village representative shared information regarding the skill development training. Women and girls were selected during the interview and the outline of skill development training was also decided.

The lives of poor street children, who are isolated from the glitzy world, pass away in the hope that they get two meals a day. Slum dwellers and children living in raw hut are not able to get nutritious food and even full diet, due to which these children become malnourished. The mothers of these children are also not aware of nutritious food.
Keeping this in view, a balanced nutritious diet and nutritional food material distribution program was organized by the RSKS organization. The program was organized at 10 places in the urban slum area, under which the organization along with the children and their mother gave them information about balanced nutritious food through posters, flip charts etc. Through this nutrition awareness program, the people of slum got nutrition information. Nutritious food cooking was also taught by the organization at the end of the program. Nutritional food material kits were also distributed by RSKS India to around 300 children & it had nutritional food materials like gram, soyabean, pulses, chana-dal, moong-dal etc. for the nutrition of these poor children.
Through this program 300 poor children got nutritious food and their families got information about balanced nutritious food. Now their mother is giving them nutritious food regularly so that these children will become healthy and well-fed. The people of the slum participated enthusiastically in the program as it was important information for them and their child. The family of the slum area thanked the RSKS organization and donors and these children also greeted the team RSKS. Through RSKS, these people are aware of health and nutrition, so now these people are also taking good care of their children.

Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan conducts skill development training to make the poor, deprived communities of rural areas and needy women & girld self-reliant and self-employed. Beauty parlour, handicraft, garment making, bag making etc trainings are conducted under this program for the young girls and women to develop their skills.
Under this context, Skilled Trainees Group according to the CBO was formed with the young girls and women beneficiaries of the previous conducted skill development training and every month a meeting is conducted. Meeting was conducted this month also. All the women and young girls participated in the meeting with great enthusiasm. All the young girls and women gave information about their work to each other in the meeting and by this everyone got to know about something new.
New information was also given by the RSKS team members in the meeting. All the questions/queries which were raised by the young girls and women were also solved in the meeting. Keeping in mind the corona crisis, Social distancing was followed in the meeting by everyone and awareness against corona was also given in the meeting.

Every child wants to wear a new dress. To fulfill this desire of the child, the parents fulfill it, but not all children are so lucky. For the child living in the roadside and slum, the desire for new dress remains incomplete. He is often seen walking in torn, old and dirty clothes. The parents of these poor children are unable to fulfill their desire because their first priority is food, which is difficult for them to fulfill.
To fulfill the unfulfilled desire of such poor children, a program was organized by the RSKS Organization in the slum area. The program was conducted by RSKS Organization with 300 poor children in 10 slum areas, in which poor children were given new dress. These children included both girls and boys in which girls were given anarkali, lehenga, frock etc. dress and boys were given jeans, T-shirt, pants, etc. On seeing the new dress, the faces of every children blossomed and there was no place for their happiness.
As soon as the children were given a new dress, they opened it enthusiastically and started watching and showing other children. The children wore a new dress without delay. By wearing a new dress, the children started to sing and dance happily because these children never wore a new dress. These children always wore torn clothes. The wish of these children of wearing a new dress is now fulfilled. Seeing the happiness of the children, their families were also happy and thanked the RSKS Organization and the donors wholeheartedly. The children also thanked the team RSKS with loving words.
