Thanks to your contribution Funcolombiana continues to support children with cancer.
March is very special month for the foundation and all our beneficiaries, because this month we commemorate happiness as a fundamental value to face adversities. In spite of living a limit experience like cancer, from Funcolombiana we honor the life and motivate the children and their parents to take all their inner strength to fight for the recovery of their health and to continue working in fulfilling their dreams. With this pourpose, a group of clowns and volunteers from the Foundation visited the hospitalized children in the Hospital San José Infantil in the city of Bogotá-Colombia. With games, laughter and music they brought joy to the hospital rooms and made a different and special day for the little ones.
Jefferson, a 6-year-old patient diagnosed with acute leukemia, expressed his excitement at the visit; He enjoyed the clowns and for a moment he forgot about the disease and how difficult it is to be in the hospital.
Gabriela's mother, a three-year-old patient diagnosed with Leukemia, said: "... thanks to this activity Gabriela feels much better ... when they arrived, we had hospitalized for more than 1 month without being able to receive visits ..."
We invite you to continue participating, tell us What do you think of these activities?
