Students committed to social impact will join our Leadership Camps during the next 12-18 months to discover their leadership potential, connect with their purpose and expand their networks. After the program, they'll enter LALA's community, where they'll get access to a network of worldwide changemakers, mentorship, professional opportunities.
Broken leadership keeps Latin America stuck. The region's economic, social, political, and environmental challenges continue to weaken its leadership pipeline, leaving too few leaders prepared to drive meaningful change across the public, private, and social sectors. We exist to develop the next generation of leaders who will transform the region.
At LALA, we work within and beyond these broken systems to identify Latin America's most promising young leaders and equip them to drive transformational change. Through holistic leadership programs, mentorship, a strong community, strategic partnerships, and access to global opportunities, we support them throughout their lifelong leadership journeys.
We are developing a new generation of leaders who will transform Latin America's businesses, governments, and social sector. We identify the continent's most promising and purpose-driven teenagers, regardless of where they were born, and systematically develop and connect them so they can reach their full potential, overcome barriers, and become the transformational leaders our region needs.
