This project will help 15 children with disabilities who have both mobility and financial challenges to have access to Early Childhood Development services at the center through a scholarship scheme. The scholarship will cover transport costs from home to the center, meals, and other care at the center. parents will be required to contribute to the school uniforms.
currently, the center hosts 20 children, and the participation of children with disabilities is low due to the transportation difficulties of their families from home to the center. This results in many children with disabilities staying at home and losing their developmental potential.
The project will support 15 children with disabilities to have access to transportation arrangements from their homes to the center and vice-versa, and help them to benefit from the quality inclusive ECD services at the center.
this project will help 15 disadvantaged children with disabilities an opportunity to learn different skills and knowledge that will enable them to be included in public primary schools in their later developmental stages.
