Helping the economically disadvantaged women to access a safe and healthy child birth services is a core of this project. Implementation of programs that attract them to these services form the basis of keeping the women and their children sound and healthy. Papa as he is fondly called because of his lanky appearance, is an eight month old baby who is one of the over 200 children nurtured from conception to birth, being beneficiaries of this project. He is a dream baby for every prospecting mother because of his healthy look. The mother is a beneficiary of our numerous programs during the period of her conception. She still presents till date at our project center for routine immunisation and infant welfare services.
This project since its commencement had impacted positively on mothers as it has enriched them both physically and mentally. More women are also showing up at the project center so they can also have the same results the project had produced. However, we have run on meager resources thereby leading to our inability to implement some of the project components. Thank you for helping us achieve the results we had so far, with more of your supports we can reach more pregnant women and prevent maternal and child mortality associated with poverty.
