With living conditions getting harder, people seek alternatives to escape from the dastardy effects. This is not excluding a poor pregnant woman who seeks a cheaper means of receiving treatment during pregnancy and delivery. Sadly, the journey doesn't usually end as joyously as expected for these group. Bridging the gap remains the Organization's objective of this project. Hundreds of women of poor economic background have been positively impacted, despite the meagre resources this project has been able to raise.
One of our latest beneficiaries is Mrs A. She is a young woman who had lost several pregnancies to ignorance of seeking care from unprofessional caregivers. She became aware of our project facility and decided to give it a try. She was cared for at the centre, and finally gave birth to a healthy baby boy. No complications on both the mother and the baby. During interaction, she regretted having patronize the unskilled attendants.
Many more local women still suffer discreetly. Reaching out to them is directly dependent upon availability of funds and other resources. We appeal for more generosity from you and your networks. Every donation takes us to the poor women and their unborn children. You will be proud to be part of this project!
