Empowering Women Through Skills & Opportunity
Alkhidmat Foundation South Punjab is proud to announce the successful completion of a free sewing training program for 15 deserving women in Multan.
This impactful initiative was conducted in collaboration with Musarat Naheed Foundation, reflecting our shared commitment to empowering women through skill development and creating pathways for sustainable livelihoods.
Over the course of the program, women learned practical sewing and stitching skills that will help them generate income, support their families, and contribute positively to their communities. The participants were also guided on entrepreneurship and small business startup models.
This project directly contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:
SDG 1 – No Poverty: By offering income-generating skills to underprivileged women.
SDG 4 – Quality Education: Through vocational training in a supportive environment.
SDG 5 – Gender Equality: By empowering women with tools to gain economic independence.
SDG 8 – Decent Work & Economic Growth: Promoting dignified employment through skill-building.
“When you empower a woman, you empower a whole community.”
We thank all the trainers, supporters, and our partner Musarat Naheed Foundation for making this life-changing initiative possible.
Join us in supporting skill development programs for women across Pakistan.
