It is planned to build a first aid room, which will provide basic medicines to 41 families (241 inhabitants) of the Tikuna indigenous community in Colombia on the Amazon River, which must be transported by air and by river.
The indigenous Tikuna community of Colombia located on the banks of the Amazon River, is isolated due to its location. These inhabitants do not have a place to address the difficulties in terms of diseases and provision of first aid. Fundacion Vision 20-20 Colombia, will provide an adequate room for the provision of first aid and a supply of basic medicines.
Construction and adaptation of a room for the provision of first aid and provision of medication to reduce cases of diseases such as diarrhea, fevers or infections. At the same time give training to leaders and families on topics of first aid, good habits of cleanliness and nutrition.
The project will benefit the 241 inhabitants of the Indigenous Community Tikuna - Colombia of the Amazon River, which will be reflected in better health conditions and quality of life.
