In October more than 100,000 displaced persons came to Armenai from Artsakh. The children had seen war and were traumatized from months of the siege and the forced displacement from their homeland. They are now integrating into the new community and schools.
Bari Mama organized weekend activities for 48 children from Artsakh to provide them psycho-social support. The funds received after the previous report contributed to two of these 48 children. Thet children made city excursions, played games, and participated in art therap sessions. The sessions were held in Bari Tnak, the center of Bari Mama NGO, as it is too cold to do anctivities in Lake Sevan.
In the previous reporting periond, we reported that the summer camp took place for 250 children, during July and August 2023 in Bari Camp on the shore of Lake Sevan. Of these children, 4 were funded through donations of GlobalGiving.
Thank you for your Continuous support to children.
