Relentless floods and landslides in Sumatra have killed many people, left others missing, and displaced thousands of families. Roads are cut off, some areas are isolated from aid, and survivors urgently need food, clean water, shelter, and continued search and rescue support.
Human Initiative provides evacuation and search and rescue, hot meals, clean water, food packages, hygiene kits, shelter, and other essential relief. Beyond delivering aid, this project works to reach all affected areas, map needs in each community, and make sure those most in need receive support, while teams assist local evacuations and coordinate practical field solutions.
