Since April 2023, ongoing conflict in Sudan has continued to deepen an already severe humanitarian crisis. Widespread violence has forced millions of people to flee their homes, leaving families without access to food, safety, and basic services. As displacement increases both within Sudan and into neighboring countries, vulnerable communities are struggling to meet even their most essential daily needs.
Through the Sudan Emergency Relief project, YEÇED is providing emergency assistance to people affected and displaced by the conflict. Donations are used to support immediate basic needs such as food and essential relief items, helping families survive in extremely difficult conditions. Assistance is prioritized for communities facing the most urgent humanitarian risks and limited access to support.
Beyond emergency response, the project also aims to support early recovery by helping families regain a sense of stability and dignity. By addressing urgent needs and contributing to longer-term recovery efforts, this project helps reduce hunger, support displaced families, and strengthen community resilience during a prolonged and complex crisis.
