Thanks to your generous support, students in rural Ghana continue to receive life changing educational opportunities through the Friends of Adaklu Scholarship Program.
Today, students across the Adaklu communities are attending school with renewed hope and confidence because donors like you are helping provide tuition, uniforms, books, school supplies, and other essential educational needs. For many families, these costs would otherwise be impossible to afford.
Our scholarship students continue to work hard academically while also growing in confidence and leadership. Many students walk long distances to school each day and overcome significant challenges at home, yet they remain deeply committed to their education and future goals.
This year, scholarship students are also benefiting from expanding educational opportunities through Friends of Adaklu programs, including computer education, digital literacy training, coding classes, afterschool enrichment, and access to books and reading materials. These opportunities are helping students build skills that will prepare them for future careers and leadership roles in their communities.
One of the most inspiring parts of the scholarship program is seeing students discover new dreams for their future. Students who once struggled to stay in school are now succeeding academically and becoming role models for younger children in their communities.
Because of your support, families are experiencing less financial stress and children are able to remain in school instead of being forced to stay home due to school fees or lack of supplies. Education continues to create hope not only for individual students, but for entire families and communities.
Friends of Adaklu remains deeply committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and pursue their dreams regardless of their financial circumstances.
Thank you for believing in these students and for investing in their future. If you have any questions about the scholarship program, please contact Christina at christina@friendsofadaklu.org. Your generosity is truly changing lives in Adaklu, Ghana.
