By Kyusuk Cho | Coordinator

On 29 June 2019, the CMHRK was also invited to the Daegu Queer Cultural Festival and campaigned for the petition requesting the Supreme Court to send the cases back to the High Military Court, rejecting its wrong sentences. The CMHRK prepared rewards for those who donated for the fund for legal assistance fees as well. About 25 citizens made donations.

On 19 July 2019, the CMRHK and other civil societies including some political parties' entities held an evening rally with about 60 citizens and a dozen journalists, requesting the Supreme Court's fast and firm acquittal on four cases pending before it. The vigil was held right in front of the East Gate of the Supreme Court from 18:00 to 21:00. It was a rainy day, but many a citizen showed up and sent tremendous supports.
