By Mary Barlow | Fundraising Manager
We are delighted to share with you our Annual Report for the year ending March 23.
In 2022/23, we distributed over £1.7 million in 92 grants, impacting over 53,000 women and girls across the UK.
We channelled funding where it was needed most - supporting small organisations, as well as organisations working in the most deprived areas of the UK and organisations supporting black and minoritised women and girls.
We know many of these organisations struggle for funding. Our own research found that the women and girls sector received just 1.8% of the £4.1 billion worth of grants awarded to charities in 2021.
We really hope you enjoy reading the report and thank you for supporting Rosa. Rosa is entirely dependent on charitable donations because, unlike many grant-makers, we do not have an endowment. Our work is made possible thanks to investment from our generous donors, such as yourself.
With best wishes,
The Rosa Team
