By ISAAC ADEYEMO | PROJECT LEADER

10 years from inception, 18 secondary school students enjoy MOCAFON scholarship on Quality Education:

We are incredibly proud of our beneficiaries. Over the past 10 years, Mordecai Care Foundation of Nigeria (MOCAFON) home has provided opportunities, for out of school street vulnerable children and they have grown into amazing personalities.  As orphans who are demoralized basically because they have no hope in achieving anything in life, we bring hope to their demoralizing dreams and ambitions in their secondary school and rescuing them from financial mishaps that could hamper their education pursuit in life as we offered them scholarship all through their years in both junior and senior secondary schools. Concurrently, while studying we encouraged them to acquire a skill of their choices, within their session break time and many of them today are doing great. Above picture is the group of beneficiaries of the Out of School Street Vulnerable Children program recently conducted.

MOCAFON have achieved remarkable milestones in promoting the right of children for quality education recently in Osun State as we represent Civil Society Actions Coalition on Education for All (CSACEFA). Identical GIWA twins, have been promoted to primary 4 now, due to double promotion earned last year. While the sisters recently completed their senior secondary school external examination with excellent grades, last year. They are both currently searching for admission into a tertiary institution of their course choice that will allow them to live an independent and responsible life.

Zainab is into arts, drawing with left hands perfectly, while Aminat is into sewing cloths too, while waiting to gain admission into university now and has already secured an excellent result from WAEC, external examination and Joint Admission Matriculation Board examination.

But we need your support today. Please donate to Mordecai Care Foundation of Nigeria (MOCAFON) so we can continue supporting more vulnerable children.  Zainab, Aminat and Ahmed are achieving their dreams and experiencing true happiness because we received support from our donors.
